We provide them with direct access to a highly-skilled team of Technology and Engagement Specialists. This team is dedicated not only to the sale of technology solutions, but also to unprecedented technology support – the PTC resolves more than 90% of support calls during the initial call. In 2011, Patterson made a major investment in technology and support for our customers with a 100,000 square foot building that houses the PTC.
